- Phase I involved providing construction administration and on-site representation for a parking facility designed by others
- Phase II consisted of a revised entrance road, connections to the Phase I parking lot, improvement plan for the North parking lots, design of a new guard house, improvements to the South parking lots, and security upgrades for the entire complex
